These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DocuSync Pte Ltd's ("DocuSync," "we," "our," or "us") document services in Singapore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

DocuSync provides professional document services including:

  • Document verification and authentication
  • Template preparation and customization
  • Multilingual document translation
  • Notarization and legalization services
  • Document storage and management

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for document processing
  • Submit only legitimate documents that you have the right to process
  • Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
  • Comply with all Singapore laws and regulations regarding document processing

3. Service Limitations

DocuSync does not:

  • Provide legal advice or act as your attorney
  • Guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
  • Alter or falsify document contents
  • Process documents that violate Singapore law

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due upon service request unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers (PayNow, FAST)
  • Corporate billing for approved accounts

Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Refunds are only provided as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Document complexity and length
  • Government agency processing times
  • Language pair availability for translations
  • Volume of requests in our queue

Express and priority services are available for additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All document templates, forms, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of DocuSync. Clients receive a limited license to use processed documents for their intended purposes only.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's PDPA regulations.

8. Liability Limitations

DocuSync's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Third-party actions or decisions regarding your documents
  • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Errors in source documents provided by clients
  • Delays caused by government agencies or force majeure events

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the Singapore courts. These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

10. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate services for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Submission of fraudulent documents
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Any activity that may harm our business or reputation
